Description
Suitable for use as an alarm device, to sense overheat or fire and alert personnel. Can also be used as a release device, to sense fire and actuate fire attack systems.
Stainless steel hermetically sealed construction with brass or 300 stainless steel hexagon or coupling head. Mounted to any junction box with 7/8” diameter opening by using ½”-14 NPT mounting nuts. Closes when in contact, operates on temperature rise. Temperature ratings available 140oF, 160oF, 190oF, 225oF, 275oF,
325oF, 360oF, 450oF, 600oF and 725oF.
Unique advantage of accurately sensing the atmosphere regardless of the fire growth rate. Automatically resetting.
Suitable for installation in both ordinary and Class 1, Groups B, C & D; Class II, Groups E, F & G hazardous locations. Contact rating, 2.0 amps at 24 vdc.
